Welcome to LEADS
Life Education And Development Support (LEADS) is a non-governmental organisation established in 2005, headquartered in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
LEADS works with rural and urban poor communities across Jharkhand, focusing on sustainable livelihoods, education, health, and the empowerment of marginalised groups — particularly women, children, and Adivasi communities. We believe that lasting change happens when communities become agents of their own development.
